Getting Here & Parking

On-street parking throughout Downtown Cornelius

Nearby parking lots available (labeled areas such as Cornelius Elementary, Charlotte Mecklenburg Library, Town-owned lot in front of Food Lion and anywhere along Town Center where there aren’t signs prohibiting parking (i.e. Catawba Ave and various off-shoots). Parking is NOT permitted at Food Lion & Walgreens to allow for customer access.

Streets are wheelchair- and stroller-friendly—fully paved routes with ramps available

Bring your furry friends! Leashed pets are welcome—don’t forget to bring water and clean-up supplies.

Outside food or drinks are not allowed. We’ve teamed up with the region’s best local food trucks, vendors, breweries, wineries, and cideries—come treat yourself and support the vendors who make Tawba Walk possible.
