Each spring and fall, ‘Tawba Walk transforms Downtown Cornelius into a thriving creative marketplace. From handcrafted art and gourmet food trucks to local brands and small business pop-ups—our vendors are the soul of the experience.


But here’s the deal: Tawba Walk is curated, not crowded. We carefully review every application to ensure quality, variety, and balance. This isn’t first-come, first-serve—we select vendors who elevate the experience and align with the overall character of the festival.

Vendor Categories & Applications

Artists & Makers Fine art, pottery, jewelry, photography, woodworking, apparel, and more.

  • $100 per 10×10 space

  • Limit: two booth spaces per vendor

  • Add-on options: tent, table, and chair rentals available

  • Power not included (only for food vendors)

Food Vendors & Food Trucks Serving up flavor? We’re always on the hunt for bold bites and crowd favorites.

  • Fee varies based on footprint and power requirements

  • Must have valid permits and insurance

  • Limited access to electricity — request in your app

  • No duplicate cuisines will be accepted within zones

Local Businesses & Nonprofits Pop-ups, interactive booths, giveaways, community engagement stations, and more.

  • $250 per 10×10 space

  • Best for local businesses, civic orgs, clubs, and outreach efforts

  • Please bring your own setup or select from rental options in the form

Key Dates

  • Vendor Deadline: Friday, September 6, 2025 at 5:00 PM

  • Event Date: Saturday, September 27, 2025 | 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Confirmation Emails Begin: April 2 – September 6 (rolling basis)

Other Notes

  • All booths are 10×10 unless otherwise requested.

  • No network marketing, MLM, or direct-sales reps (e.g., Scentsy, Mary Kay, etc.)

  • You may be asked to submit images of your booth/products

  • Placement is assigned for best flow and category diversity
